Panacea "Adult" Baby Food

This dish is customized to my particular nutritional needs, so your mileage may vary. The base ingredient list can be surprisingly bland at first despite the sheer variety in it.

Then to make it not bland you just gotta add exactly the right amount of the right ingredients on the list (or off it) that your body/intuition/love/God tells you to add, then cook it about 3-5 minutes or so in the microwave give or take probably a couple minutes or so.

The results taste amazing. Here’s the list of ingredients I used:

SOLIDS

  • Couscous (I used boxed “original”/unflavored, not the pearled kind)
  • Garbanzo beans
  • Sweet Peas
  • Celery
  • Vegan cheese (I used both mozzarella and cheddar, both shredded)
  • Potato flakes

SPICES

  • Cinnamon
  • Oregano
  • Onion powder
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Black pepper crushed
  • Parsley flakes
  • Garlic powder
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin

LIQUIDS

  • Soup stock (I used beef stock. I could have used vegetable stock to go full vegan here but I didn’t have any on hand.)
  • Canola oil
  • Vinegar (I used both white vinegar and the leftover vinegar/pickle juice from the jar of pickles I already used up)
  • Oatmilk (I used an extra creamy version)
  • Water (enough to submerge all solid ingredients before cooking)

I added ingredients slowly and incrementally in an order that was determined by what my body/intuition/love/God was telling me in my heart.

So you may need to experiment a few times to get the recipe exactly right for your particular needs and preferences.

Additional Options

You can:

  • Put it on a salad
  • Eat it in a sandwich or a tortilla wrap
  • Put it on flatbread or a bagel, cover it with cheese and cook it into a pizza
  • And you can do so much more…!

BONUS BEVERAGE

Panacea Sauce

The liquids and spices from the “Adult” Baby Food recipe can be used to make Panacea sauce.

This sauce is a vegan or mostly vegan (although it doesn’t have to be) milk drink, dressing, broth or sauce, depending on your desired thickness.

If you add in a few spoonfuls of the "Adult" Baby Food from this article to the Panacea sauce and stir, the result will be uncannily similar to the dairy milk you already drink, even more so than any existing nut milk in stores. Then you just gotta put it in the fridge to make it cold.

You can use potato flakes to increase thickness and water to decrease thickness.

Enjoy! 🙏 ❤️

And have an amazing day! 😁

Until next time!👋
